Our 500 hour yoga teacher training is designed to develop your teaching skills with a deep dive into yoga theory while developing and refining your own practice. This 500-hour certification course combines the daily practice of Hatha and Vinyasa asanas with meditation and Pranayamas, but it also covers all the unique aspects of yoga through topics such as the art of teaching, vinyasa sequencing, asana alignment, philosophy, history and anatomy. Well balanced, we blends the amazing foundations of Indian philosophy and practice with a modern vision to give you the best of both worlds.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to create and teach intelligent classes in accordance with the fundamental principles while finding your own teaching style. Of course, Diksha YTT’s are accredited by Yoga Alliance and this course allows you to  register as a RYT 500 yoga teacher.
